Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Intellectual Property Rights Expert Group - This site has been developed to provide information on the intellectual property systems that exist in each member economy of the APEC community. Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys (IPTA) - established in 1918 as a representative body for Australian patent attorneys. Provides a database of registered Patent Attorneys in Australia. May provide advice on Attorneys who offer initial consultations without charge.

World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) - an international organization whose primary function is to provide news and information on emerging international IP issues. As the office responsible for IP worldwide, the WIPO site provides information on current international activities and upcoming events such as forums and seminars.
