Freight Week gives everyone their say – 2nd to 6th September at Melbourne Park Function Centre
With a theme of “We’ve got something to say,” Freight Week 2013 has an impressive line up of senior people from across the freight and logistics sector including the heads of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, National Transport Commission, Transport Certification Australia, VicRoads, Australian Trucking Association, Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal, EastLink, Transurban, Port of Melbourne, New South Wales Ports, QUBE, SCT Logistics, Kalari and the Transport Workers Union.
Held at the Melbourne Park Function Centre from the 2nd to the 6th September, it is Australia’s longest running and most affordable freight and logistics event. Organised by the Victorian Transport Association and the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce, it has ten streams covering technology, road congestion, waterfront, rail, local roads, workforce, road transport, safety, emergency response and freight outlook over the five days.
